Due to high demand and to ensure our clients get the attention they deserve on the most important day of their lives, Firefly Audio only provides wedding reception DJ services. That said, we will continue our policy of giving back to the community by providing our services for charitable and non-profit events. Our standard reception package price is $900 and includes the following:
- At least two face-to-face consultations; the first to discuss if we're the right fit for you, to review paperwork, and answer any questions you might have. The second, to review the completed paperwork and discuss any nuances to your particular event.
- At least one hour of dinner music (very flexible, but price may vary if significantly more time is required)
- At least four hours of dancing and events (very flexible, but price may vary if significantly more time is required)
- A state-of-the-art Mackie Active Sound System including two Mackie SRM450s and a Mackie SW1501 Subwoofer
- A powerful Core i5 powered rack mounted server as the primary music source
- An American Audio Q-SD professional DJ mixer with built in SD card backup
- An American Audio SDJ1 dual SD card player as a complete music source backup
- An all digital no-heat LED DMX-controlled intelligent lighting system mounted on a Global Truss Arch Support System featuring:
- Two American DJ Quad Phases
- A Chauvet Kinta X LED
- A Chauvet O-Beast LED
- A Chauvet Color Palette
- An American DJ Spherion LED
- All digitally controlled by a Chauvet Obey 70 lighting controller
- Other included features are:
- Shure SM58 wired microphone
- Sennheiser FreePORT vocal set wireless microphone
- Sennheiser FreePORT presentation set wireless lavalier (lapel) microphone
- America DJ Haze generator
All of our equipment is meticulously maintained in a climate controlled environment and stored in cases and bags designed by the manufactures specifically for their products. We take great pride in the fact that our equipment looks as good as the day it was purchased and would not detract in the least as the backdrop for any photos taken during your reception!
This is an all-inclusive package, no upselling, no "oops, I forgot to mention...", no surprises after the fact.
